We too have encountered computers with the moviepass.tv pop-up that never seems to go away and you cannot uninstall the thing. When you call the company they tell you that you owe them hundreds of dollars for service you have not used or signed up for.

This is how we get rid of MoviePass on a Windows computer:

• We search for the folder "fsupport". We delete this folder.
• We search for "Notifier.exe", which should be found in the Windows Prefetch folder. The file name will probably be something like: "Notifier.exe-36D843EB.pf". We delete this file. This file is the reason the program is re-installed after you thought you had deleted the program.

That is all we did and it was gone for good.
